Steve the fake manager..plz do not order from!!! Listen to the rating!

"This business has a one star rating for a reason!! I should have looked before i ordered. I never got my package. And when i called i was told there is only one manager/ supervisor to speak with lol. I would take him to court but dont have the time. So im just out of $50. Do not order from this website plz!!!!!"

Can't get a callback

"I ordered some astronaut helmets from fantasy toy land through their Amazon store. I received one of the 6 items that I had ordered and called the to find out about the rest. I spoke with Stephen who refused to check in the warehouse to see if they had any more of my item in stock and insinuated that all 6 items were sent but would "check." Stephen also told me that I would receive a call back same day and this did not happen. The helmets were for my children, nieces, and nephews Halloween costumes and now we are left with 1 helmet and short about $100 with none available from other sources. We ordered 3 weeks in advance for a reason and Fantasy Toyland was not able to fulfill the order. "

Read the fine print!

"After several attempts of trying to exchange a costume I had purchased for my child. Finally I got in contact with someone and of course they said no emails were received after tons of mails trying to communicate with them. As usually happens , it is Oct 31 and I am able to get someone on the line just to find out that their policy states between Oct 1 to Oct 31 no refunds will be allowed, except exchanges at their discretion.
They never answer the phone or reply to emails till is Halloween for obvious reasons. Will definitely never buy from them again!

"Do Not ! I repeat Do Not purchase from her I tried to purchase a Halloween costume for my son and it was never received. I was on hold for 2 hours (still waiting actually) the first time I called someone answered and hung up. The tracking info is not clear customer service is ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase from here again. "

They may not be trustworthy either. I ordered the Michelangelo TMNT costume and the mask provided was so flimsy it coudl not be worn. Looked like a melted cersion of the one pictured on the website and they wouldn't post my review of their product on their web page. Their customer service said that I could return the costume with a %20 restocking fee in stead of just supplying me with a better mask. Don't get taken in like I did. A complaint filed with the BBB of New York didn't produce any better results either.

"How many words for terrible can you come up with?... This was the worst online shopping experience I've had. Customer service is non-existent. (I think their representatives take a 15 minute break every 15 minutes.) After ordering (nearly 4 weeks ago), I received a confirmation email and my credit card was immediately billed. When I tried to track my package, the tracking link never worked. When I've tried contacting the company my emails and calls have both gone unanswered. I've waited on hold for 30 minutes each time before I had to hang up to go back to work. Now I'm sitting 5 days before Christmas without a gift for my son and out $100. Do NOT do business with this company."

"Completely non-responsive, total lack of customer service - good luck getting anyone by phone or via email! In the process of disputing charges through PayPal - such a headache over a $40 purchase! Would NEVER recommend this seller. Check them out on the BBB website (wish I did prior to purchasing) - only 1 of the few telephone numbers listed are still in working order, but you can't ever get anyone on the line, anyway. Thank goodness for Amazon - this seller is a joke. "

"Horrible Service!! I ordered a costume for my son two days ago and still have not received an order confirmation. I can't get through to anyone in customer service over the phone, have sent multiple messages via email, and the Order Status link on their website does not work. Since then, I have ordered the costume from another website just last night and have already received shipping confirmation this morning from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"I ordered a costume for my six year old from FantasyToyland.com and it was shown as in stock. I told my child that they were going to get the costume, and we ordered accessories for it from other sellers.

I waited and waited for an order shipping update from FantasyToyland.com, and it never came. I called the company on several occasions and waited on hold for very long times, including, and I am not exaggerating, 2 hours on one occasion.

Finally I received a voice-mail 11 days after ordering the item that it was not in stock and I would be refunded.

Of course the problem was that in the meantime I couldn't find the costume in stock except for ebay where it cost much more and I had to pay for express shipping for it to get to us in time for a Halloween event on October 28. We'll see if that even happens.

I am not happy for the stress and cost I had to go through to avoid disappointing my six year old.

I called FantasyToyland.com and spoke to a customer service agent, after waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, and they said all they can do is offer me 5% off my next order from them.

As if I would ever order from them again. They weren't very contrite about the incident, either.

It's stressful enough trying to find what you need for Halloween without misleading advertising and business practices and terrible service.

I am writing this in the hopes that even one person avoids the hassle, cost and stress I experienced when dealing with FantasyToyland.com.

Avoid this seller, their website is buggy, their practices are deceptive and their service is horrible.

"Terrible, terrible customer service. I bought a costume for my son (which he didn't like) and when I tried to return it, they said it was not refundable because it had a hat and it was a health issue. He only tried it on once by the way. They said that this policy was on their website under "customer care." The Customer Care section is quite hidden and you would never think to go there. Let me also tell you that they only give refunds if the product is returned in less than 30 days and they also have a restocking fee. When I spoke to a manager, she did not see the ridiculousness of the situation and seemed completely fine that her company is swindling people. When I told her that I would review the company poorly online, she didn't seem to care. "
