"I ordered simple pair of sheer curtains from FactoryDirectDrapes, it was on April 22th 2015. The site claimed the curtains will be ready in four weeks. My phone inquiries were answered very formally..."your order is not ready, hasn't left the factory..., you cannot cancel your order, etc..." Finally on July 10, 2015 I received a note that the order has been sent. Remains to be seen when it will arrive. Not satisfied with the delay nor with the company's customer treatment."
