"Factory Outlet followed up with us over a two month period of time to try to resolve issues with had with the Clarity phone system. They were proactive in providing contacts for technical resources. I would not recommend the product we purchased, the Clarity phone system, especially for its advertised purpose for seniors with hearing issues. It is not user friendly, not good for the caller or receiver in terms of better hearing. You must be technically oriented to set up the system and extensions. The set up instructions are not helpful. I hope Factory Outlet Stores will review this with Clarity and perhaps not recommend this phone system on their site. The phone was also delivered in two separate packages but there was no indication that would occur which resulted in the need to contact customer service."
