"Had been satisfied in the past with Fabove. My last order was a hair thickener; HAIRFOR2. In their description for this product they described it as being also known as Volluma hair thickener. I've being using volluma for more than a year now and this is not the same product.
I asked for a refund but customer service said it had been over a month, I was 2 days past because I was finishing my older bottle.
A misleading description led to my purchase, Fabove customer service could not care less..."
