"Being an active member on Twitter I have always seen ads for fabletics and specific products. This being the time I was interested I clicked on it and went through the website and found two pair of shorts I was interested in. Fabletics has failed during advertising to disclose to patrons that you MUST HAVE A MEMBERSHIP FOR THAT PRICE! AND THAT THE PRICE IS $59. After ordering my shorts I wanted to cancel the subscription because I don't need a subscription for this. Upon circling through the website because it doesn't give you a clear way to cancel on your own, I had to chat with a live agent. After speaking with the agent my subscription was fully canceled, but on top of that so was the order that I placed for two pair of shorts. Not worth the hassle or the time that I spent for just two pair of shorts.
It should be brought to a customer's attention that they must subscribe to a subscription and stay subscribed to a subscription if they want that price they advertise. This is very misleading."

"The website is awful and confusing. I know know why they make it difficult to navigate. I'm also very skeptical of this VIP members. I was trying to check out and the price on the scrubs kept changing, and then it gave me trouble with the credit card code line, which messed the whole order up again. Frustrating.
