"Placed an order with this company over a month ago. The charged me $38 for shipping not the advertised $16. Charged my card 2 days after I placed the order. One month and 5 days still nothing. They never returned a call or email. I have spoke with everyone in the company at one point or another. I even called the manufacturer that they said was drop shipping it to me only to find out order was never placed. Currently waiting on the BBB to hash things out. Steer clear from this company"

"Website purchase was good, but that is where the good ended. Mechandise disclosed to arrive 4-6 weeks. I started calling at the six week mark. Multiple promises to call me back ended in disappointment. A return email promising an answer that afternoon also ended in disappointment. The transaction continues with me disputing the charge with my Credit card company. "
