"I tried to order a 2 room satalite system from this company on the 23rd of April and the internet said that all the equipment was in stock and that I would be emailed tracking numbers for my items. I did not get an email from the company on that day or Friday so I called them on Monday to see if the items that were in stock shipped. Here is the conversation:
Rep: (Name not given) Hello?
Me: Is this FTAdiy?
Rep: Oh, yeah. What do you need?
Me: I'm checking on an order status I placed last Thursday for a two room Satalite System.
Rep: What did you order?
Me: A Viewsonic 630 Elite system with an extra receiver.
Rep: Oh, those were out of stock. We just got them in today so I will ship them out to you and email you the tracking numbers. Is there anything else?

Me: Ummm. No, just be sure to send me the trakcing numbers. Thanks.

Three days later, still no tracking numbers. I don't know who was on the other end of the phone, but I would never recomend that company to anyone!
