"In February of '12 I purchased 1,200 sf of bamboo flooring from FloorUS. It was by far the worst experience I have had with purchasing products on-line. When I received the flooring we immediately opened the boxes so that the product could acclimate itself to it's install environment. This is what the instructions from the seller recommend. Once we inspected the flooring we found it to be of such poor quality we decided to not install it and immediately purchased replacement flooring. I sent to the seller photos of the issues with the product. Warped and damaged boards and 1/2 the order was a dark brown color rather than the blond natural color that we ordered. After numerous phone calls and emails not returned I finally spoke to the sales rep who said that since we opened the boxes we could not return it. I ended up losing over $4,500 on the purchase.

These people are very dishonest and do not but anything from them. Check their BBB rating...it's an "F". I didn't do that and now have learned an expensive lesson. "
