"Ezinom.com (a reseller of Internet.bs) will not respond to trouble tickets you submit. I had paid to renew a domain with them but they did not renew it. Even though the expiration date showed a year later, the status continued to show "Expired" and I could not gain access to the domain. As a result, my website at that domain went offline. I ended up having to get Internet.bs to transfer the domain to them because Ezinom.com would not respond to any of my trouble tickets about the issue."
