"I've been trying to look for a pair of Oliver Peoples Pressman... while many other webpages have displayed the style, it's out of stock (and I just don't understand why they keep the style up). Gladly, I arrived at Eyewearpros. I did have hesitation as to whether it's out of stock like many other web stores, but they didn't disappoint me. Response was impressively fast upon my inquiry by e-mail, and the salesperson was also helpful in dealing with my further questions with available colour(s) and sizes.
I received my Pressman in less than 2 weeks' time, which I consider reasonable given they're shopping the frame from the US to Hong Kong (and yes, I am buying from Hong Kong). The shipping fee is about alright (can be cheaper of course... we're always looking for good deals anyway). The frame arrived in good shape, slightly smaller than I was expecting (Asian faces) but I guess I can have its size adjusted. The frame's price is undefeatably good, and there's no worry at all that it's not brand new given its price... it surely is.
It's a pleasant shopping experience at Eyewearpros generally speaking, so I say they are indeed pros in this regard. Will see if there's any chance I'll shop there again, recommended."

I did call a few times to find out why they had not shipped yet and received a notification that day. If these had shipped more timely, I would have given 5 stars. I don't know how I could give a good rating. Yes the shipping was right...but they forgot to put my apartment number on the adress....
I have bought Versace sunglasses that should be brand NEW (condition) but that were in a VERY BAD CONDITION with a LOT OF SCRATCHS on the frame and lenses; and I paid a very very good (expensive) price for them ($169 for this sunglasses from 2011...).
They looks like if they have been worned or have been in a drawer or box with other kind of material that have scratch them.
So your $5 refund...!! I would deserve a BIG refund on them to makes me not as disappoited as I am."
