"Hi End Serengeti Glasses fell apart, shortly after their allowable return policy ( 30 Days); after a full review of the product, it was learned that the glasses were a knockoff. No wonder they fell apart.
I tried to work through the issue with their NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO Name Emails, NO Telephone Number to Call AND NO physical address, just a pure online bogus reseller.
THEIR PRICING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. "

I shipped using my money, I thought they would reimburse but they didn’t. So I lost 10$ without product. Why don’t they open a store instead of online when they can’t bear expenses. "They declined my card when making a payment, which I knew was strange because I had plenty of available credit, so I used another card and that transaction was successful. The problem was that they actually charged both cards and when I contacted them they said I was wrong and would not refund my money despite showing proof that they charged both cards but I only received one order. This says scam to me!"
"Received a pair of Polaroid Polarized Ruthenium/Havana Aviator sunglasses within the past year and few days ago one of the lenses came out of the frame. Contacted Eyedictive.com customer service who said they only have 30 day return/exchange policy. What a rip off - stay away from this company. Will be filing a claim with BBB and credit card company."
"I saw a deal for a pair of Carrera sunglasses and decided to take the risk and order them. They are absolutely perfect and came with the case and the cleaning cloth. They arrived faster than expected and I have already purchased a second pair of a different brand.
As for the person that says their Ray- Bans were fake because they said China, they need to learn more about their brands. Ray‐Ban has a factory in Italy, Japan and China!"

"Returned a pair of ill fitting glasses and did not purchase the insurance through USPS. After turning in all evidence of return, Eyedictive claimed I never returned the item. I went to post office with receipt and they stated that Eyedictive never picked up the package from their P.O. Box. Although I had all of the proof of return I was stuck with a $200 bill and no glasses. I will never purchase from the again!"
