"Bait and switch tactics. Underhanded. Will attempt to make you the culprit.

Requested a specific CPU. Actually confirmed with a customer support person later in the day as to what I oredered. Did not receive what I ordered and CPUs are not returnable. Supervisor told me I lied to Customer Support when it was them who lied to me! Tried to work something out. They were totally unresponsive. Well, not totally. They were going to let me return the product and charge me a 15% restocking fee! And of course, I pay for shipping. Great, let me pay more for something I didn't order!

STAY AWAY. They're SCUM!

"ExtremePCs is an unreliable company. I placed an order with them for an item which stated - In Stock. Goods were never delivered and no communication from ExtremePCs to infrom me that infact they do not have the items I ordered in stock. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"I purchased evry part from Extreme PCs for my computer and even have bought a few systems
from the year 1999-2004 and still have not had one problem.


the prices at there store are unbeatable i price check before i buy anything. i my self have been to all of there events and had lots of fun 6 events and i won over 100$ worth of prices all together.

"To anyone interested in buying from Extreme PCs, please read on:

EXPCs has recently (twice in the past 6 months) fruadulantly hosted tournaments, offering prizes like Radeon 9700 pros (okay, this card probably won't be the top of the line when you read this, ohwell) and other $200+ prizes. They seem legit becuase of the $20 ticket to get in the door; but then, you get in, and they shaft you on food. The people that work for EXPCs will front you like a nice, honest company, but this couldn't be farther from the truth.

I know a guy that bought a radeon 8500 off them, well they switched it out with a radeon 9000, saying it was "better" err. right, maybe they should read up a bit on their hardware.

anyways, this company is a joke, you'd be much better off buying a Dell then buying anything from them.
