"I ordered a Thermaltake ATX case from extremecase.com on June 3, 2004. It is now June 18, 2004 and i still have not received my product. I have attempted to contact their support email twice to inquire if they have any information on my product. To date i have had no response back from anyone associated with this so-called company. I would be satisfied with a simple "I dont know" at this point. Now when i go to the website it shows it is under construction. What a pathetic excuse for a company. Do not purchase from them, you will get ripped off. My next step is to report their PayPal account to PayPal as a possible fraud account.

"This company is great. I bought 10 cases from them. I placed the order on August 14th, there was a problem with the credit card and Sarah from Extreme Case both called and emailed me for more details. Amazing service, extremely courteous and professional people. Received the items on the 21st.
Also, they don't over-charge you on shipping. I have paid around $16 just for shipping on other top-ranking websites, but these guys only charged around $9 for each case, which is great. The prices are great as well.
I would definitely buy from this reseller again, and won't hesitate to receommend them to anyone."
