"I have installed one of the two file folder racks I purchased for my company. It is a piece of junk. At $75 a piece, one would think a file holder would actually hold files. Every single slot has gaps on both sides of the base and all papers, etc fall through the slots to the bottom of the rack and get stuck. They are then impossible to retrieve without a set of tongs or pliers once the rack has been mounted. I would like to request a refund and/or return for both racks. "
