"I worried about ordering a memory upgrade from this company, as I couldn't find them listed on Reseller Ratings. I decided to take a chance, and am glad I did. I had to ask a question before ordering, and reached a staffer promptly. Once I ordered, the service was what I'd expect from a major like newegg or amazon. And, the chips were what I needed.

Mind you, this is just one ordering experience ... but it was a good experience, and I'd return to them if I needed something similar.

A less friendly reader could counter that this company and others like it specialize in marketing hard to find replacement parts for out of date computers, and charging outlandish prices. Objection more or less sustained, I suppose. I couldn't make a Corsair memory upgrade work, so had to go looking for the original HP part, and yep, ETI charged a lot for it ... although less than the other prices I saw online.

But if I'm in that position again -- if I have to get the OEM part -- I'll check this company first. Way better to pay the $$ (wincing, if necessary) and promptly receive what I order than to pay the money and curse and swear when the product never arrives.
