"Same as everyone else here. Paid. No delivery and no answer to emails or phone calls. I did get a woman that answered the sales line once, but the delivery date she gave me has come and gone. "I ordered from this company on 5/13. They took money out of my account on 5/15. When I checked the website for my tracking information 5 or 6 days later all it said was that the order was received. So I call customer service - which doesn't exist apparently becuse no one has called me back or returned my e-mails. I finally call the sales department and when they FINALLY answered the phone the woman told me she'd do me the favor of checking my order status. Let me also mention that I left a message for a guy named Jamie - who I was told was the director of operations - who never called me back either! The woman who answered told me it would deliver on 5/26 and if it didn't to call back. Well it didn't deliver and I checked the order status today and it said the order was cancelled. WHO CANCELLED IT???? They haven't credited my account and they won't answer the phone! I have never had such a hard time with a company! There is no customer service!! They don't care about their customers!! I would love to see this place go out of business!! How is this place allowed to run a business like this! Seems illegal to me!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"

"I ordered a steering stabilizer from them. Was told it was in stock and would ship USPS Priority mail. Charge $22 to ship. Never received an order confirmation or sipping confirmation. CC was run within 10 minutes of making order.
E-mailed several times during the week of 20 Oct. Left several voice messages. Finally 23 oct received an e-mail response saying ETA was week of 26 Oct. 30 Oct, still no part spent next week trying to contact customer service with no luck. 6 November finally talked to someone through their online help. Was told it had shipped and should arrive any day now. Waited 1 week. Contacted 13 Nov. Was told same thing. It had shipped and wait a week and they will look into it. Told them I was told same thing week prior. They came back with the part shipped 28 Oct. I told them this contradicted what I was told 23 Oct. They said they would contact whipping and get better details and get them to me. That was a week ago. No info. Several messages later, still no contact with customer service. Getting ready to file complain with USPS and the FBI for internet fraud.

"Hi, I have nothing but good to say about Exotic Sportbikes. I ordered a Zero Gravity windscreen for my 95 Kawasaki GPZ 1100. One of the rarest bikes there is. I've had it all these years, and have never seen another one on the road. It is so rare, that even Zero Gravity does not carry windscreens for it any more, as it only sold in the USA for two years. 95 & 96. So when I read some of the reports here, I immediately thought that I would never get the item, or even my money back. Surprise surprise. I got the windscreen in one week, and it's on the bike now. Fits and looks great! I got the touring model, as I am 6'2" and the stock screen blast me right at helmet level. It's raining hard today, so I won't be able to let you know if my new ZG screen is any improvement. But it sure looks good!

"I ordered a Dark Smoke Sport Touring Windscreen for my 1996 YZF600 and this was before I read reviews on the website. After doing so I thought I would become another victom of a bad company, but to my surprise this did not happen.
I ordered the windscreen on March 11, I did not receive a reference number after the order was complete so this got me worried. I wanted two days then I started calling customer service. Now the reviews I read about exotic sports bike.com are true the customer service is a nightmare. They do not answer the phones doing the times that are listed on the website, but after about 20 calls that day around 12:57pm central time a women answered the phone. I gave her my order number and explained I did not have a reference number and she forwarded me the reference number immediately. I was happy to get this because that means they do know I have an order with them. After regretting the order I decided to do some research on the website to see what their order process was. After doing so I found that this company has the slowest shipping process but they do follow it to a tee. After checking my order status it states that they take 1-6 days to process your order and pack it to send it to a shipping company to get out. This was true because on the 6th day I got an email stating that my order was ready to be shipped which meant it was on the way or at the shipping store. Then the company states it takes 5-10 days to get your order. They did not email me the tracking number as they stated they would do but I was able to find it by checking my order status. So for the time for you to get an order is around 16 days. I ordered the item on March 11th and received it on April 3rd, but remember only count the business days not weekends.
Not that is very slow shipping for an order but I did receive the item and it was a perfect fit. So my suggestion to you is if they have an item you need and can’t find anywhere else order it but make sure you DO NOT need it immediately. I am happy with the product I bought and I would order from here again but not for an item I need fast.

"I ordered a windscreen from this company on January 30, for an item which supposedly was in stock and I would receive in 5-10 business days. Here it is almost at the end of February and I haven't received anything. They make it difficult to contact them. I finally cancelled the order today and guess I will be ripped off for 20% of something I was never going to get. I also never received a order number either."

"Everything that eveyone else is saying here online is the truth. They won't call me back nor have they emailed me. When I finnaly got someone on the phone, he would let me speak. Kept talking about how it's mandantory fro them to call back...like he was calling me a liar. Was very rude on teh phone and stood fast on teh 20% restocking fee on my refund ... even though they haven't even got the product in stock.

"ordered three parts from their website - only one part was available. they did immediately charge though for all three parts. one part was shipped as ordered, another one replaced by something not available through their website. the third part is neither available nor replaceable with something similar. charges are not refunded so i had to file for fraudulaent charges with my bank."

"I ordered a motorcycle helmet from them, and they charged me for an order that never even got shipped! When I cancelled the order, they claimed they lost my order form and it didn't get processed until many days later. They assured me that I would not be charged a restocking fee, especially since the helmet was never shipped, but guess what?! They never gave me a full refund. They have extremely poor customer service, and are extremely misleading. Customer Service was uncooperative, misleading, and rude. They told me to contact accounting to get a full refund, but accounting doesn't have a contact phone number? I emailed accounting numerous times and received no response. Please don't ever order from exoticsportbike.com!"

"I ordered an exhaust and windscreen from this company on the 20th of April. The website said that I would receive an order number and shipping info as soon as the order processed. They sent an e-mail saying that the windscreen would ship within 6 business days. I responded asking if the exhaust would follow the same process, to which they replied yes it would. I found out a week later that the exhaust was not in stock, as had been indicated on their website, and it was on back order until the 15th of May. I canceled the exhaust and maintained the windscreen order. I asked when it would ship because I had still not received an order number or shipping info. I was told on the 29th of April it would ship by middle or end of the week. I called customer service on May 13th when I had still not received the windscreen or any other notification. The rep informed me that it had been back ordered from the manufacturer and I would have it in my hands by Wednesday May 21st. I am writing this review because it is May 20, 2008, and I just now received a tracking number that is not activated yet because it was just entered. There is little to no chance that I will receive this windscreen tomorrow.

This company does not have an accurate stock online. Both of the items I ordered were listed as “In Stock”. Also, they were actually lying to me on several occasions when I asked the status of my order. By indicating that my exhaust was shipping with my windscreen, and then later when they stated that the windscreen was going to ship at the end of April. Communication through e-mail takes at least 24 hours for response, and the phone line is extremely hit and miss. There are several other retailers that sell the same stuff, maybe at slightly higher prices. But they posted it on their website as being back ordered.

"I was really happy when I found this company that could supposedly find a motorcycle part that I had been able to find through other companies.. That was until I actually ordered the part I needed. I gave them all my info and HAD TO ASK THEM for any info regarding a order number or anything. After days of waiting for my order status to change, I was left on hold with this company for 39 minutes.. While on hold I found this website and it reall made me think about the level of service I had gotten so far. Meanwhile, still on hold I checked my bank account and learned that they had charged my account three times.. I implore everyone who reads this.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!"

"This business is a FRAUD!! He sells out of his house in New Jersey but claims to be a warehouse in Austin, TX. It has been a month and I have not received my item. I have tried to contact them more than 20 times with no resolve. I have had to file with the Better Business Bureau and also Consumer Affair of New Jersey."
