"I placed an order through this company so I could have a costume in time for Halloween. I placed the order on October 20, 2005 which should have allowed plenty of time.
The website seems legit enough, and there was some notes in their customer service indicating that if you placed your order by October 24th, they were guaranteeing that you would receive it in time. Well Halloween came and went with no costume. Leaving repeated voicemails did nothing to help the situation as they did not return phone calls. About 3 days before Halloween, their voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave one. I've sent several e-mails to every e-mail listed on their website. I found this website by doing a Google search, and they had an actual address for their business.
I've since filed a claim with my bank and I hope to get my money back as of November 3rd I still have not received any corrospondance nor a costume.
One thing to note: On their voicemail messege, they indicated that they had temporarily relocated to Lake Charles? Louisiana. If you listen to the voicemail at the beginning though, they say their "Queen Exotic Fashion of New Orleans." Now I know I'm not supposed to speculate on reviews, but I think they were victims of Hurricane Katrina, and maybe their just trying to cash in because they no longer have any product. I dunno, that or they've been frauding people from the start.
In any case, AVOID AVOID AVOID! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN!"
