"I purchased a Halloween Costume from Exoteeka over the internet on the 14th of September 2006. The total amount for my purchase was deducted from my checking accout on 09-16-06. As of 10/05/06 I have never received my murchandise, I have twice tried to email exoteeka including contact information but have never received a reply even to my email. There is no contact phone number only an email contact. I have gone to my bank and gotten the information from the billing through Pretty Shops in CA there has never been an answer on their phone listed in the white pages. I would never purchase from this company (and I purchase from the internet at least a few times a month). The customer service is non-existant, there is no way to contact except email which is not answered and the only recourse you have is where I am now going through the bank for a dispute."

"I ordered from these guys and have still not recieved my items. It has been 2 weeks. I emailed them about it 3 days after placing the order because the field for the shipping information was blank. A day later they sent me an email saying my order had been updated. It now said "items will ship in 4-7 days". Last week I emailed them again asking for an update because it had been 7 days, and I was told that they were expecting to recieve one of the two items on Monday (22nd). On tuesday I sent another email asking if they had shipped yet. I got no response, so I sent another email today. They haven't even charged me for the items yet. Their website says free shipping for May on $25+ orders...which I qualified for. Now I'm worried that they'll wait until June to process my payment, and then try to charge me shipping since they didn't ship out in May.

I would suggest not ordering from this company. Not only are they slow to ship, but their customer service might as well be defunct. Their BBB file contains alot of complaints.

"I purchased from this vendor. It took two months to get my order. I made arrangements for one item to be returned. They acknowledge they received the item, but will not refund my money. They say "they check is in the mail". Now all numbers are disconnected. Do not send money to this vendor!"
