"I ordered covers for a 85 Honda I'm fixing up. The original color was out of stock so they called me LD and sent me a swatch of another color which was a better match. While the change order was being processed we had a mis - communication regarding my final choice of color. When the covers arrived, I was disappointed with them. Called the company and they said no problem, return and they would make me a new set. New set arrived today- they look great and fit great.
For the price you could not beat these covers. Customer service is A++.

"I found Exact online, their prices and selection was great. I like that all of their covers are fully equipped with headrest covers, map pockets, and armrest covers. I was hesitant to order because the price was so good. But I did and I am completely satisfied. Custom made unique camo pattern covers for all of the seats in my Ram2500 Mega cab. The fit is excellent, I had them in less than 2 weeks, and their email updates were thorough. I have paid more for seatcovers from other manufacturers that did not fit as good as these. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone."

"I ordered seat covers for my SUV and got them 4 weeks later. That was problem #1. Then the seat part didn't fit. The backrest for the front seats fit perfectly though. I sent several pictures to them and they were willing to help us with suggestions on how to make them fit. Nothing worked. They were too small. So I sent a Flip video to them so they could see for themselves it wasn't working. I got an email today asking me to return part of it so they could send me the correct size as these were wrong. So my husband calls to make sure there's no restocking fee since it was their fault and the guy that identifies himself as the owner says they will refund my money because they don't make a size that fits my SUV seats! Really? Don't buy from these people!!!! It's just a waste of time. Whatever you order from them may not even exist."

"I ordered a set of Black Endura seatcovers for my mom's 2010 honda crv.

I shopped around and their prices were half of any respectable competitor. They shipped via usps (which i liked) and i liked that they didn't artificially inflate the shipping charge like a lot of u.s. retailers do.

I was emailed a copy of my invoice upon ordering and also received a followup email the next day indicating that my order had shipped along with the tracking number.

I can't speak personally as to the quality of their products haven't seen them myself, but my mom says they were packaged well and she's satisfied with the quality.

Update: After talking with my mom, it appears that the covers for the front armrests were too small and did not fit. I contacted Exact Seat Covers by phone and they told me they were aware of the situation. They said they would issue me a revised set of armrest covers free of charge. They did so without need of my following up and my mom said the new armrest covers fit great!

"BEWARE!!!!!! This company misrepresents it's ads. They advertise one thing, then ship whatever they want. Product is marginal at best. Customer service sucks. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JERKS!!!!!! "

"Ordered these seat covers based on a friend's recommendation. Price seemed too good to be true. Covers arrived in two weeks and the quality and fit could not be better. I could not be more pleased with this company. By the way, my auto is an '07 Ford Edge."
