"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The first order I placed was alright - no confirmation email with my purchase, and the owner did not reply to ANY of my emails, even those threatening action because he had accepted my money, but not contacted me at all. Almost two weeks later, my order arrived -- everything was there and intact despite a single envelope wrapped around a cold cathode tube in a cardboard box - no padding whatsoever.

Within 4 days, the cold cathode light has turned from blue to purple, and red on the ends. It hasn't lasted a week.

I placed another order (before the cold cathode started to change colors) just for a few switches and connectors a few days after my first purchase. I had been charged, immediately, but once again - no email repsonses whatsoever, and my order doesn't even exist according to the website.

I heard about this site from an internet forum, and later found out that the person talking about the business was the owner himself. Apparently he has time to advertize like this, but not to reply to any emails, or to ship my items.

"Best prices on LED's and a large selection, hands down. LED's were put in a priorty mail cardboard envelope and packaged nicely in individual bags. The envelope did not have the Exabytesystems company on them, so it seemed odd to find it in the mail until I finally realised it. :) Very quick shipping and order process is simple. Best service and value at the same time for LED's. Very highly reccomended!!"

"Seller has a wonderful price on LEDs and shipped priority mail within a couple days of making the order. Shipping starts at a minimum of $4, which is a decent price. I would have preferred to have the option of slower mail for a lower price though."
