Doesnt Value Customer

"These people obviously dont value their customers-the life line of ANY business! If they keep this up its a wonder if theyll be in business much longer. Anybody who gives you their hard earned money (the customers) should be treated with respect and appreciation. The way i was treated after spending my hard earned money to set up the dolpin dialer was an embarrassment. I spoke with someone named Lance and who continuedly kept asking me to repeat myself as if he couldnt hear me or understand me and do or say things his way or else....as if this company is the only option. I would never treat or talk to my customers and clients that way. Afterwards i spoke with Richard who offered no apologies for this guy Lance so i guess either im only one who was treated this way or he values his employees over his customers any day, which means if he keeps this up he wont have any business to pay his employees. If you admire customer service-beware."
