"Without a doubt this has been my worst online purchase I've ever made.I have made several hundred purchases prior.
I purchased a scooter for 799.00 and I'm currently working with my bank to get the money refunded.After placing the order I did some online searching about evosales.com and what I found made me very nervous,so I sent them an email asking when I could expect delivery of my scooter.After 2 days of no response to my email questions,I called their customer service number and was transferred to someone's cell phone.I was told my scooter would ship on 8-3-2012 and I would be emailed the tracking number.Well you guessed it,no email with tracking number came on 8-3-2012.On 8-6-2012 I called and asked what was going on with my order.I was told it was shipped and someone would call me back within 15 minutes with the tracking number.Well you guessed it again no return phone call.I waited until 8-7-2012 and called them again to ask what was going on.I was told they THINK the scooter is in the warehouse.I said I want my order cancelled and my money returned.No problem I was told.I called my credit card company right after that phone call and started the fraud process.They sent out the papers I needed to sign and now it is 8-28-2012 and I'm still waiting to hear from the bank.
If you are thinking of buying from evosales.com I would HIGHLY advise against it.They are liars and crooks.
