They have literally the best selection, always have good (often the lowest) prices when I comparison shop, and the few times I've had an issue, their service has been over the top. Seems like this site only has negative experiences so I had to sound in!"
"They ran a card immediatelly, but 2 days later sent an email "your order did not pass one or more of our security checks", so I called (chat function advertised on their website was just not working), after 40 minutes on hold, support rep Mali asked about address (even though both shiping and billing are the same), what kind of phone I am calling from (is it a home or your cell), usual securioty questions like what you bought and what are the last 4 digits of your CC and then transfered me to another support rep that started asking same questions again :) at which point i may have started boiling a little, being an hour on phone with some store somewhere...
But the quntessential end of this story is to my remark:
- In this touch competitive climate, with guys like Amazon shipping out almost before i pressed BUY button, running me through "why are you calling this time a number different from the one you called before?" questions is a little much.

"Purchased K2 snowboard boots on clearance for $100. After 5 uses, the stitching come apart that holds the Boa wire system on one boot. Suppose to have a year warranty. Evo would not honor it saying it was the handlers' fault by looking at the pictures I sent. These looked brand new except for the stitching that came apart! Rude, poor customer service. Does not stand by their products and will blame you for being abusive to products. I don't think so! Very sad and disappointed with the way this was handled & conducted. Will never buy from Evo again. "

"I just wanted to share my experience since the reviews on this site often seem skewed towards the negative side. Makes sense, since most people who have an average or good experience wouldn't take the time to write a review.
Evo seems to have really good prices compared to other online retailers. I ordered a jacket there that was less than any other retailer I found. They shipped it very quickly and I got it the next day. They keep you updated on the status and tracking number as well. I will definitely keep shopping with them and would recommend them to others. "
"Ordered DC shoes paid for one day shipping, which cost half the price of the shoes (60$), I know it takes a day to process the order, I ordered on tuesday, it said it would be delivered thursday by 3pm, it came friday by 8pm. F*****ing rip offs"
