"The main box it came in was caved in on some sides, you could clearly see it was ripped open as the tape wasn't even on, one of the boxes for the product was completely unfolded and literally wasn't even a box at that point (the tape was specifically folded over as if it was tampered with), along with scrapes and other dents to some other boxes for the smaller items.
PLUS, when I tried to add the "SUPPLYDROP" code to my cart, it would not let me check out whatsoever, so I'm upset I couldn't even get that for free when I spent $180 and said it was eligible but nooooo."
"First I didn't like having to send a picture of my drivers license as ID to prove my age. I'm totally disappointed with the quality of the M291 pistol I purchased. The pellets all shoot high, to much force for the light soft pellets. It's also very hard to **** at times not grabbing and slipping back. When you finally do get it to grab and **** several pellets ejecting in a single shot or they end jamming the barrel so you have to physically remove them with the ramrod. "

"I ordered a few items separate as a starter kit and rest assured they sent everything the next day since I’m a few cities away from the warehouse.
However I got a lot of wrong things (my first time) so I made a return that was easy. Not hard at all.
So I went ahead and ordered an actual all included Kit. And I needed this by next week 7 days. They ended sending it in two different shipments. I get the battery the next day but not even the charger. And then I wasn’t anxiously and kept having absolutely the worst updates. Everyday it would say coming tomorrow and update to the next day instead. After 1 whole week they finally told me it shipped out to my city and unfortunately I missed my deadline and was unable to use at the event it since it came two days late. I was asking the ups person and they said Evike was pretty much holding it after printing the shipping label and didn’t arrange pick up until about the day before it was delivered. Even he said it would be 1 day. I wanted to chalk it up to a supply issue but it already had a label printed the next day from ordering and it was direct from their LA warehouse so I was just very disappointed. My buddy ordered a kit the day after me and got his in 3 days only because it was over the weekend and we live in the same city.
TL;DR unsure why their shipping was inconsistent. Was great then caused me a problem. "
