"Thank you for your attached order. My warehouse just informed me that this top is on backorder at Bestop and not currently available from us. As such, I have canceled your order without charging your credit card. I apologize for this situation."
I spoke with bestop and they were available and in stock.
I called the owner and asked if he would honor the price and said he could not guarantee a price increase would occur. I checked the
very next day (https://www.everythingtruckparts.com/collections/soft-tops/Jeep-Wrangler-2008) and the price already increased $200 on 1/3/2020. He told me to buy from somewhere else, I did."
"I ordered springs for my truck 12 days ago. Paid extra to "rush" the order. After I didn't receive the springs in three days as promised, I called. They then addmitted to not sending the order, but would rectify and send that day. After they FAILED AGAIN to get the parts to me, I went elsewhere, got them the same day. Canceled my order, and told them to refund my card. Was promised that by today. it's 2045, that's 8:45 PM, AND I STILL HAVE NOT received my money. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Hard to feel good after suffering THEFT BY DECEPTION!"
