" I order and G elite some screens and a mouth piece and was told it would be delivered. It did not come. I am a cancer patient and need a dependable controlled temperature device. I wrote them and they said some piece were back ordered but that they did have the Elite. I told them to deliver what they had and send the rest when they got them. They wrote me again and asked if I wanted them to send what I had and cancel the rest. I said no, send me what they had and back order the rest. I've not heard anything else and still do not have what I paid for."
