"I did not have a good experience with this company. While seeking a part to my printer, I generated a purchase order for the future purchase and shipping guessing at the amount. I encumbered $200. I found the part I needed, printer rollers, on the Everprint website for $85. I contacted the company and they agreed to accept my purchase order. Like a dummy I sent them a copy of the PO. They emailed me a copy of the invoice. Suddenly the price of the roller kit inflated so much that my entire $200 encumbrance was going to be used. When I contacted them, they told me that the price had gone up and the website was incorrect. I stood my ground and they agreed to sell the roller kit to me for the advertised price. When received, the kit was not as advertised. Among the three rollers was another roller for use in a printer with extra paper drawers. Thinking that's the way the kit came, I contacted the company to purchase the second needed roller. They sent me the item, but it again was the wrong roller. I contated them multiple times to exchange the item to no avail. There are better companies out there folks. I'd stay away."

When I ordered my part from them, I spoke with at least eight people at the company who repeatedly conifrmed that I was ordering a lid for my machine, not a small internal part. When I got the wrong part, they mentioned a restocking fee, and then refused to issue either credit or exchange.
i contacted Hewlett Packard and now Everprint gives a very differeent story. They have no honor. They are cahrging $33 for sponges sold by HP for #.38 but they mislead cutomers over the phone."
"Folks, this is a GREAT place to buy hard-to-find Hewlett Packard parts, especially for older HP printers. The ONLY place in the U.S. (HP discontinued support) that carried a new line interface unit (fax part of a multifuncion machine) replacement kit for our OfficeJet LX...as far as I can tell, now only one remaining in circulation.
They are a HP Authorized Reseller and Authorized Support Provider and carry HP printers and their related printer parts, accessories, and supplies. AWESOME selection with a virtual inventory that includes parts drawings!! Their web site is well laid-out and exceptionally intuitive. Customer support was excellent, and Instant Message service is available on their Home Page."
