"The company does not care about its customers period. I had placed an order on Monday which was guaranteed to reach me Wednesday and has not reached me still. When I called them, they blame it on UPS for the misplaced package and will not refund my shipping and want me to wait however long it takes for UPS to figure it out. The rep showed no inkling of care."
