"PURCHASED AN ITEM BEEN WAITING A MONTH FOR IT NEVER RECEIVED IT I EMAILED THEM THEY NEVER RESPONDED!! I FINALLY CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS SHIPPED. THEN THEY TELL ME OH WAIT THAT PRODUCT IS DISCONTINUED. SO I RECHECK THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY ARE STILL SELLING THE PRODUCT BUT THEY RAISED THE PRICE ON IT. HMMM INTERESTING STAY AWAY THATS MY RECOMMENDATION!!!!"

"This company has a salesman named Butch who we did one transaction with earlier this year. Then he called back wanted to sell us a grinder. We in no uncertain terms told him no. A few days later we got a UPS package from him. We refused it and despite several calls to get our card refunded he refuses. He debited our account without authorization, refused to return the money and now won't answer our calls. Terrible company who ripped us off for almost $500.00."

"I just bought an OTC-3895 I got it for 2895.95 was a great deal. I have been searching and had a bad experience with this company in the past but they always have some of the best prices around. I called in spoke to one of the sales guys to get a quote and found out they are under new management. I've also noticed that they followed up with an email right after I completed the order. I guess the new management has finally installed some customer service into the group. I did get my package 2 days later and was packaged great!

I asked to cancel the order but they said 'some items were specially ordered' so we can not

Then my card was charged by Network Tool Warehouse (ntxtools.com) instead of Coastal Tool Supply (etoolpros.com) - it looks they are just a false front of that folk

And they do not answer e-mails at all!
