Great store for terrible service

"Purchased a fireplace from this store and nothing but headaches! Product was backordered but not noted on website nor was I notified of this. After canceling order and never seeing a refund product was still shipped. Product shows up with glass falling out of box. Decide to keep it for a $50 credit. After running the unit for 20 minutes it quits. I am told warranty parts are on their way. Will see them in two to three days. Three days later come to find out parts have not even been sent yet! Your phone call will never be answered nor will your voicemails ever be returned. The only way they will communicate if you're lucky is through email. They try to act friendly and like they want to help but yet actually do nothing to help you. I would never buy from this place again nor recommend to anyone! I personally have a 100% satisfaction rate on eBay and this is the only second bad review I have ever given a company."
