"I am genuinely saddened to write this review because this website used to be my goto place to purchase my espresso capsules. I will not be purchasing anything from them again but if you're going to, specially in higher quantities, be sure to ask them for the expiration date of the product before purchasing.
I bought 200 espresso capsules to last me at least a few months while I traveled internationally. When I received the boxes I noticed that the capsules were going to expire in only 2 months. I reached out to the customer service department and asked if I could have the capsules exchanged with ones that would still be good for another few months and to my surprise, they denied my request.
This is unacceptable and very frustrating.
When a product is due to expire in less than 3 months, the least you can do is to note that in the description so that when someone wants to make a bulk purchase for any given reason, they can take that into consideration. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing again."

" This company has been amazing to work with . I got the size of a replacement part wrong . It was in part my fault because I may not of been clear about what I needed to be replaced . I called them when the part was delivered and explained that it was the wrong size and that I would be happy to pay for the right size . They told me correctly had to measure the part and not only did they resend one at their cost and expense they resent two parts and to lovely biscuit and didn’t charge me at all . I am riddled with guilt excepting this kind of generosity . I will definitely not only do business with them in the future and recommend them to friends I will buy other products from them knowing the quality of what they gave me will be the same with the products they represent .
