Update: The order was placed and paid for on 4/28/11. After escalating the problem through PayPal and several very confusing communications back and forth with Espow, my money was refunded on 6/9/11. The SATA dock never arrived."

"IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN A REVIEW OF ZERO I WOULD HAVE!!! Shocking Service!! do not order from this company - they take your money and then ship the goods from Hong Kong or somewhere outside the UK which takes weeks and weeks! you cant ring them as they state they are busy but no-one mans the lines! I have asked for calls backs but instead get e- mails with childish text style response abbreviating words. I finally received the Charger for my Dell Inspiron 1720 Laptop but I get small shocks from the plug and my Dell laptop states it does not recognise the charger and does not charge the laptop I have to keep unplugging the charger from my laptop and from the powerpoint and the plugging it to get it charging again - the goods came from Hond Kong and are clearly very poor quality and are not up to UK safety standards!! I made the mistake of searching for the plug and going for the cheapest and have paid the price of saving a few quid!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ESPOW!!! ALSO CHECK THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AS THERE ARE SEVERAL SITES SET UP BUT THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER!!!
