"I was really excited when I found this store and discovered they had exactly what I had been searching for. It was a rather esoteric item indeed. The price was great so I immediately placed an order and made a PayPal payment. Within 48 hours, they updated their website to reflect new policy changes, so I called and emailed them to check on my order. The phone number didn't work. I patiently awaited delivery or a response. I got neither. They never followed up or responded to any of my emails. Someone at Esoteric Adornments takes time to update the website, yet they don't respond to emails, manage received PayPal payments, or get a working phone number. I tried to follow up with them numerous times, saying I'd like to avoid posting negative commentary on the Web, but I have never received any response. Again, these folks seem to have a selection of really wonderful and unique products to offer (assuming they actually are in possession of any of their implied stock). I wish I was on here to write a glowing review of this company. Unfortunately, I'm totally disappointed by their fly-by-night approach to doing business."
