"I ordered the item from the Escentual, it was never delivered. I had contacted them relate to the order, they mentioned that they will not take responsibility as it was passed 14 days. I am completely surprised relate to their customer service. I have provided CCTV evidence related to postmen never delivered. The customer service agent mentioned that it is company policy and you clicked them before continuing the order. I spoke with Royal mail relate the matters. They mentioned that they were required to claim from their business account. I have spent around 5 hours chasing them. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them. I am completely heartbroken after their poor customer service. I am still waiting for a refund from them. It is shame to receive such poor customer service in the united kingdom from a reputed company."

"This is a charlatan company, it sold me good marked not for resale, some products I would question the authenticity of the items. The latests was I inadvertently purchased a fragrance which I thought was an EDT however the invoice said it was an After Shave Lotion. I read the invoice, thinking it might have just been an error I just removed for 5 secs, from the bubble wrap, and saw it was an After Shave lotion, and immediately repacked it. I sent it back and the customer service team said I had opened and used it! Really **** this company is unethical and is run by R.K Aggrawal Ltd. (say it all) They refused so now taking them to court do not use them .Luckily I just enrolled into the Google Certified programme. They said they were going to investigate. Escentual said they had given me a full refund. Which was a lie. Google asked me if I had been refunded. I said no. Google then said they had contacted this Charlatan company and they had just refunded me. Just after Google got involved. Anyway I got a refund and Google were nice enough to give me a £25 credit to use anywhere as I had been messed about by Escentual. I will never shop at Escentual. Ever!"

You are better off going to boots or superdrug to buy any products you want. The staff at escentual.com take advantage of the fact that there is no face-to- face interaction , they will drag on and on and send you running in circles before ever giving you a refund.
buy in-store so that you can always go back with your receipt and get a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. I would not recommend this site to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The staff there are rude and unpleasant
i have sent the perfume back, it has been going on a month and i have not received a refund so i currently have no product and have not been given my money back.
that's the downfall of shopping online. if you are going to shop online, i recommend that you only buy from big, well known companies who also have high-street stores. that is the only way to guarantee that they are not going to run for the hills with your money in their back pocket."
