"Esalon is a virtual hair coloring salon. They claim to custom mix your color after you answer a questionnaire. When they determine your hair color they then give you about 10-12 color options that are lighter and darker than your natural shade. It is 19.95. The problem with this company is that their products are way worse for your hair than box color or salon color and my experience with them is an absolute nightmare! I have waist length hair that is naturally a light brown and they told me it was perfectly fine to lighten it to a medium blonde. It turned red/gold and they sent me two more colors that all turned red! My hair is now breaking off and my stylist said it was in worse shape than when I used to bleach it. Terrible service, terrible customer service, horrible product!"
