"I ordered a Rolling Cart Mobile Filing with Three Shelves. When it arrived, it had several minor to moderate defects which were obviously the result of poor manufacturing standards and poor packing. I complained to Ergo In Demand. They explained that the item had shipped directly from the manufacturer (or distributor, I forget) and therefore they had had no control over it. Then they really went above and beyond to satisfy me. I would order from them again, and recommend them highly."
