"Do not order from this company. They will promise and promise you a ship date. What they will ship to you is a cheap little instruction booklet and an invoice that says it will be shipped soon. Website says 3-5 days. That was July 17. Now I can't get ahold of them by email, mail or snail mail. I filed a complaint against them online with the California Attorney Generals office. "

"Don't even try to go to their website....it's fake. They did the same thing to me, said color wasn't available but will be by the end of the week. Then I get a book in the mail for the bike with the tracking number being satisfied. This all buys them time to scam you. I gave the info to my bank which refunded my money and they will investigate and hopefully prosecute. "

"This site is a scam. I ordered a bike on 6/30/2016 and was told it would be delivered in two weeks. On 7/12/2016 I called to check on the status and was told it was never sent because my color option was out of stock. I told them to change the color and they stated I would receive a tracking number in 24 hours and the bike would arrive in 5 business days. It is now 8/4/2016, no bike, no response from company and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When a deal is too good to be true, it normally is a scam and this time it is a scam."
