"When I ordered I did not know when the delivery was to be made until after the order was completed. Then I called to verify delivery date after it was sent and was told it should arrive on Friday the day before my son needed the items. I called again a couple of days later on and unrelated matter and asked about the items once more and was told Saturday, the day my son needed them but not until AFTER the event. So I had to go out and buy everything I ordered from you from a retail store. Then the little are the socks, because they are too low since my son is wearing "knicker" style baseball pants and needed then long but there is no way to tell that on the website while ordering. The "too big" are the pants that came as a Youth Large when I clearly ordered a Youth Medium. The "too much" is for the amount you charge for shipping. Lowering your prices just to raise your shipping defeats the purpose of the savings from retails stores, don't you think?"

"Ordering for a school athletic department with the hope of starting a business relationship that would be beneficial. You would think that a company would deem valuable a client that would give thousands of dollars of business per year.
Schools have deadlines and seasons and need to rely on good and honest communication, Epic Sports offers NONE of these important prerequisites.
Uniforms ordered well in advance of their projected production and shipping dates came late or at the moment, not at all. Here we sit with with volleyball players wearing old basketball jerseys during their first matches.
No response to email; no email that shipping/production is being delayed; no courtesy, yet they have run the credit card without hesitation.
One response to a previous delayed order was that they don't have the clothing items in HOUSE and they blamed it on the supplier not having inventory even though the website showed large quantities of each size available. Again, how about a courtesy email identifying the situation.
Don't PAY for quick shipping!; "Decorated in 7 days or less" is misrepresentation; Sizing and Quantity available is incorrect; Telephone inquiries are always near :40 minutes; "hang up and we will call you back in the same order that you are currently in" is a lie.
I am not quick to ridicule a business; anyone can have a bad day. After the first rocky encounter I decided to give them another try and here I am writing on a complaint site.
Your business is not appreciated at Epic Sports; give it to someone who does."

"The order experience was good as usual, but I paid for 3rd day shipping and the shipping took over 5 days. I was told after a inquiry that I would be refunded the cost of the 3 day shipping once I received the package and let them know it had arrived. I would think that after the package did not leave the warehouse before 3 days the company's process should inform me that they are refunding my cost. This process of waiting for the customer to call makes it seem like you are waiting to see if the customer complains."

"This place is HORRIBLE! Never again will I purchase anything from them! 3 of the 14 pairs of pants I ordered are sized wrong. They won’t even button & the other 11 pairs of pants (that are the “same size”) fit loosely. I’ve emailed, called twice & was told I was number 39 in line, 49 minute wait time, so I did a call back TWICE and haven’t received a call back! Speaking to Bryant over email and he made me measure all the pants waist with a measuring tape, take a picture of it, & email him back. After being embarrassed to ask my parents to do that he responds & says that all 3 pairs of pants need to be in one photo... what a nightmare! Oh and, I called Bryant’s personal extension and left and VM with NO CALL BACK! We’ve already had one game with no pants... looks like we’ll have another one too! I’m so over this company!"
