"I decided that I would try out Epic Games and their offerings by downloading/purchasing a game that they were offering for free that day.

I checked all my system specifications and compared them against their required and suggested specifications and they were all met and/or exceeded.

After I downloaded the game, it would not work saying "Operating System Not Supported".

I tried to trouble shoot on my end and went to their website to trouble shoot as well. I was not able to get the game to work. I contacted their customer support and told them of my issue and provided all the information about my system and operating system.

They then responded several hours later with a canned/scripted email with information that was NOT relevant to my issue OR operating system.

I responded back indicating that they did not provide applicable information and requested information pertaining to my system and operating system. They then asked for information that I had already provided to them in my initial email.

Well, I have decided not to proceed with checking out Epic Games and what they offer since this is the poor customer service they provide. They don't even read your email before they send you a canned/scripted response! I will not waste my money here."
