"Absolutely horrible experience!
I ordered a jacket - one week later no jacket, no order updates. Ok, Tried to call the customer service # - no pickup, tried to send e-mails - no replies. After several attempts to contact them I finally got a response that the jacket would be shipped by next morning. Ok - next morning I am getting another e-mail saying that this order is canceled and refunded - WTF??? You just wasted over a week of my time to tell me that? I highly do NOT recommend to order anything from this website."
