"One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They lie and have terrible customer service. I placed two test orders with them. Both failed to ship the items out in a timely manner even though they advertise 2-5 day shipping. It took about two weeks plus, I had to call both times to see where my order was. Both times I was told the items were shipped only to find out they weren't. Another time I was told the items got lost and they had no idea where it was, but according to FedEx it was never shipped. All they did was submit a shipping label and they were waiting for the items too. They also advertise they are an Accredited Business with the BBB and of course, that is a lie too. Needless to say, we will never order from ePestsolutions.com again."
