There wasn't a dent. I had pictures. I had them send it back to me instead of taking their counter offer. I took it to the Apple store to have them inspect it. They said it was in excellent condition. I asked if there were any dents, nicks, or anything that they could see. They said NO. I had them carefully look at the area that ePelican said there was a dent. They didn't see anything. ePelican is very dishonest. I assume that many people just accept the counter offer assuming that they are honest. "
