"Bought a Radio for a 2005 Honda Accord hooked it up everything worked fine, couple of weeks went by and the unit stopped working. Customer support wanted multiple pictures of how it was installed, wiring, etc. after jumping through all of the hoops I was told that it was indeed a hardware failure and they would offer me a discount on a new one. What a joke! Save your money, buy a reputable brand, because Eonon is not it!

"I was looking for a new Android/Apple car player for my older car(Mazda 3, 2007 model), and I found the Eonen website...I am so glad. It was a very advanced system 6GB Ram, 9" screen QLED, and dies everything i wanted and more, just make sure your car specs are correct. I included a reverse camera for extra help. It is great, crystal clear! Definitely give them a go. The apple car play is a superior format than the android, but my phone is Android. Le démontage et remontage s’est déroulé sans problème. Deux connecteurs à défaire et à rebrancher.
Récupération de toutes les fonctions d’origines au volant ainsi que les détecteurs de marche arrière.
Le poste offre des fonctions dont je n’avais pas la vue sur l’ancien appareil (niveau batterie, pression des pneus, niveau d’essence, vitesse numérique etc.).
Le Carplay sans fil marche très bien mais a nécessité une mise à niveau du poste à la suite d’un souci rencontré (il avait parfois du mal à se connecter). Le SAV de Eonon s’est montré ultra réactif en me faisant parvenir le correctif en 24h (à charger sur une clef USB). La procédure est facile à mettre en oeuvre et rapide.
Pour l’instant et après une semaine, je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Le prix attractif est sans commune mesure avec ce que pratiquent des marques bien connues. Le poste donne un vrai coup de jeune à l'habitacle en offrant des fonctions modernes et une belle dimension d'écran. S'adapte parfaitement avec le cadre d'origine.
Les problèmes que j’ai pu lire concernant le son (radio, musique) me semblent exagérés. Je ne constate pas de différence avec le poste d’origine.
Si j’avais quelque chose à reprocher, ce serait peut-être de pouvoir accéder à une notice en Français sur le site de Eonon."
"Customer support was excellent. I ordered an Eonon head unit for my E90 BMW, but unfortunately Royal Mail lost my parcel!
I contacted Eonon and explained the situation and received a quick reply from Evelyn who immediately sent me another head unit, which arrived within a few days.
After installing it, the head unit works great and being able to use CarPlay is a huge upgrade for my 2007 BMW.
It was also simple to set up. There are quite a lot of wires which is a little daunting at first, but it's actually quite intuitive to install, and I got it working first try even having never done anything like this before.

"I believe EONON products are the best in the market. I wish there was more plug an play options for vehicles but nonetheless they are still the best performing in the market for a reasonable price. I bought the 6gb 10.1" stereo and I love it although it was a huge pain to install because it was universal. Customer support helped tremendously even if we were in 2 completely time zones, communication was very slow but I always got a response. It took me about a month of buying/returning different harnesses and testing but at the end I was able to get radio working properly with my car and customer support was a big help on that."
