"DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy! This is actually THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I've never even written a review before but I just couldn't let them get away with this. Hopefully this review will save thousands of people from the frustration I have endured! I placed an order on Nov. 29th, waited until December 10th to try to contact them. I called, emailed etc. They didn't answer the phone (yes, it was during working hours), and most of my emails bounced back as non-deliverable. The only email that did go through was to "****@****" which turned out to be their websmaster! At least he was nice! Anyway, I finally decided to call from a federal government telephone...they finally decided to answer. I told them I wanted to cancel my order, the lady asked for my name, I spelled it for her and then she HUNG UP! She didn't say ok, she didn't say it would be done, nothing. So now I'm back to square one, I'll have to call and call and call, email the webmaster etc. just to see if my order was cancelled."
