Great customer service, product, and delivery.

"I noticed most of the negative reviews were from when the pandemic began in early 2020. I believe every supplier was having trouble at that time. I ordered my respirators on 12/22/20. I worked with Sean from customer service. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I don't believe you can find a better price from other merchants, and I received my delivery the day after placing the order! "

Had the Products I Needed and Were Shipped in a Timely Manner

"After buying some N95 masks from Enviro Safety during the 2009 swine flu outbreak, I decided to return to this company to buy a 3M respirator for the current pandemic. I didn't see these negative reviews until AFTER I placed my order. Needless to say, I was nervous. When I called to see if they had the product in stock, I was connected with Justin, who provided outstanding service. I was able to order a half face respirator and vapor filters when other merchants were out and the price was fair and reasonable. No price gouging at this company. I have subsequently placed 2 more orders with Enviro Safety. All 3 orders were filled and shipped in a timely manner. I think my positive outcome was due to the fact that I placed my order directly rather than online. I would advise asking for Justin when you're ready to place an order. "

False Advertising - Will never use again

"I am an essential worker who works in very close proximity to others in the public. I ordered a full face respirator before COVID19 and the respirator arrived in April with NO FILTERS. In the item description, it states, "includes a P100 Filter" and even includes a picture on the product's page. When I asked customer service about the issue they said "Unfortunately, per Honeywell, this item does not come with Filters. We apologize for any inconvenience and will have the website updated". Bait and Switch. What good is a full face respirator with no filters? It is useless, like a car with no wheels. My co-worker also bought the same mask. When he asked about the status of his order, they cancelled his order. I would rather go without PPE than buy from Enviro Safety Products again.

irresponsible business, unbelievable!

"These guys apparently have no ability to handle real business. Like many other customers, I placed an order on Jan. 27, no confirmation emails, no update, no reply to inquiries, didn't even answer phone calls. Simply took my money and disappeared! Today is 2/20 and I still haven't received anything, not even a word from these scammers!

By the way, if someone from this company is reading, please cancel my order 200125313 and refund my money!

Unreliable, no communication

"Placed an ordered on Jan 26 for masks. Sent multiple emails but did not get a reply.
Finally called and said items would be shipping in a week or two. All of a sudden on Feb 6, received an email that my order was cancelled. Again, I sent an email asking why my order was cancelled, no response ever given.

This company does not seem to keep updated stats on their inventory and customer service is non-existent.

Dont use these guys.

"I ordered 18 pairs of gloves 2 weeks ago. 2 day shipping. No shipping notification. I sent an email 4 days ago. No answer. I will be calling my bank to get my money back. This is no way to conduct business. I had quite a few other items I was looking at for my small company, vests,jackets etc. This company is crap. Save your money."

Worst experience ever

"This has been the worst experience ever on internet store purchase.
I ordered some masks on Jan 23. At the time of purchase the web pages showed items in stock and would ship quickly or something like that. Next day I sent an inquiry and they told me items on back order for several weeks. I asked them why the web pages showed in stock and they didn't respond to that question. They told me i could cancel; so I did on the morning of Jan 28 via email. No responses the next few days. I called early Feb waited 30 minutes and spoke with a customer service rep to cancel order for refund. It has been a week and still NOTHING. I never had this kind of terrible experience and probably will take legal action against this company. They don't communicate nothing on the cancellation or refund. No responses at all. This is so bad.

Zero responsibility, zero respect for customers

"Item appeared "in stock" when I placed my order. They claim that items that are "in stock" will be shipped in one day. Two days later, status changed into "Routing" and then a few days later "Back Ordered". It has been two weeks since I placed the order and still no shipment. No one is giving an explanation for why an "in stock" item gets back ordered. Absolutely zero customer service. Avoid this seller!"

Cancelled my order after 12 days waiting without even trying to communicate

"These guys are pure jokes. I placed my order on January 23, when everything was still in stock. Two days later I called and one of these guys said my order would be shipped out the next Wednesday, which was January 29. On Friday, January 30 I called in again to find out why my order is still not shipped. Nobody answered and my call went straight to the voicebox. I called twice in the following days and the automated answering machine kept telling me to send you an email, which I did, three times!!!! Nobody ever replied to my email and this afternoon I got an email from Paypal telling me I got a refund from Enviro Safety Products. 12 days I have waited and this is what I got, a refund without even trying to communicate with me. I will never buy anything from this website again."

Horrible Business

"I ordered some masks when the website marked it as in stock, on 01/24. A couple of days later it is still not shipped. I called their custom support and both numbers went into voicemail and says mailbox full. I sent emails and there is no reply. the second day I finally got hold of somebody and I asked her to cancel the order and refund my money. she said the refund will be in my account in 72 hours and after three business days there is no confirmation of order cancellation, no refund. I called customer support again and was automatically put on hold more than thirty minutes. "
