"I'm having the exact same experience as previously reviewed customer. Items ordered May 17, 2021 and marked in my account as paid but order "unfullfilled". I have called the only number I can find for them at least 10 times as well as online chats and emails asking where my products are and have yet to get anyone to call me back. Almost 3 months since my order so I'll contact my credit card company and hopefully get my account credited. This is really a shame since I have been a long time customer and not sure what's going on at this company now but obviously this is the last time I will order from them."
"I ordered $85 worth of products in December and I noticed that they billed my credit card company on 1/9 as if they shipped my products. I checked the status of my order on their website and they gave zero shipping information. I called and left a message with the scam receptionist who I'm quite sure threw my phone number away when she hung up...and, of course, I never heard back from them. I contacted PayPal and they sent an email inquiring about the products and EntirelySkin never bothered responding. I reached out to my credit card company and they are investigating the matter. Long story short, this company is a total scam. They will take your money and NEVER send the products. There is no recourse except to ask the credit card company for a chargeback. Unreal. "

"In this day and age of 'don't care' attitude, EntirelySkin.com blew me away with their responsiveness to my note to them with their caring reply. After sending off my order I remembered that I had not included the Discount Code which would have given me an additional 15% discount on their already good prices. So I used their "Contact" address and sent them a request to see if they could still honor it. They came back very, very quickly with a big "Yes" and would do it gladly. What great customer service!!! I will order from them again!
