"I have used Nobelel (EnjoyPrepaid) for several years and it worked fine. Now I tried their service from Brazil.
The access number has been showing busy for three days now. They say they are trying to fix it.
They have a toll free number that I could use but they want to charge me more to use it. If the local number was working I would have no need to use the other number. It is their fault but they will not take resposibility."
