"While it only took 8 days from order to arrival (very fast during the pandemic) I only received the tea pot of the tea SET I ordered, with no explanation as to where the rest of the set was. The invoice said it was box 1 of 1, so I have reached out to customer service to get it rectified. I love the tea pot, so I'm sure I will love the rest of the set when it comes. The other items (biscuits and clotted cream) arrived beautifully. As long as this gets rectified quickly, I most likely would order from the English Tea Store again."
