"I purchased an item on Dec 16 and still not received the order after almost 4 weeks. I have been asked to pay for delivery even if on the website they advertise free delivery.
I have sent an email that was never replied to and I am constantly phoning them but no-one answers after waits of up to an hour.
This company must be a scam, I am trying now to report this company to customer protection to get my money back. "

"I ordered 3M coveralls a total of 5 pieces. They shipped it NOT individually packaged in a brown box. I contacted them same day and I asked if each item is individually packaged and the person on the chat LUKE confirmed it is individually packaged. I told him about my order and that the 3m coveralls (all 5 of them) were just folded and stuffed in a brown box. Then LUKE ended the chat with no response. This site is shady and there is a reason why they state NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS when ordering online. It seems like they sell used PPE’s and resell them as “BULK”. Buyer Beware! "

"I had called for a part under warranty for an LG minutes play AC unit purchased on 2/21/17. They sent it via UPS to the wrong address. Even though I took responsibility for not making sure they had the correct address, Brian‘s response was that he was signing off on that, that he was not up to me to try to get the part, and hanged up on me. I do not recommend doing business with this company. "

"I ordered 2 LG air conditioners on 7/31/2018 which arrived on 8/19/18, yes, 20 days later.

I then received a bill from FedEx Freight saying I owed them $60.03 for "No Loading dock. No forklift." I disputed it with FedEx with back and forth and then called EnergyConscious.com on 11/7/2018 at 3:27pm who said it should have happened, but did not take direct responsibility, blaming LG. I asked them to CC me on the email to LG that they said they were sending, but they never CC'd me and seeming never sent the email. Either way, it's 11/20 and this is still unresolved. FedEx Freight has now sent it to Collections! If EnergyConscious.com ever fixes this I'll update this review."

"I was anxious to get a new HRV installed in my house prior to the installation of new carpeting. I ordered a new Venmar eco-friendly unit but received a Braun product. Braun is made by Venmar and as far as I can tell from comparing the spec sheets, they are identical units. The order confirmation and the shipping packing list contain the Venmar unit info. The company should have communicated that a substitute product was being shipped. "
