"When I ordered they said it was all in stock and would deliver in 6-8 weeks. Nope! It was not in stock. That was the first lie. They finally received it after about 6 weeks. Then it took another 2 weeks to ship to the "local" delivery company. During that process several of the pieces were damaged. Then it took another 4 weeks to get it delivered. The local delivery company was an even bigger headache of no responsiveness and not showing for the scheduled delivery. Throughout this process I had to make more than a dozen phone calls, and emails totaling several hours of my time (several phone and emails were unanswered). They lied to me about what was going on and what time frame I was looking at. They lied about how/when someone would call me back. Without all my follow up efforts it would never have been delivered. It took many attempts of demanding for a refund for the damaged pieces that were never delivered until they finally processed it. Several times I was told that they would do it, and they didn't. More lies. I really wish I would have purchased somewhere else. I will never deal with this company again! They just tell you what you want to hear so they can take your money. "

I spent time on the phone with him while the delivery people were here, wrote bout the damage on the delivery note, sent pictures to him, the whole nine yards. But, as with the idiom, he’s coming up short and is now trying to wriggle out of his promise to repair the damage.
